CUSTOM PORTRAITS ON CANVAS - PRICE LIST
My canvas creations differ from my basic portraits in that I combine many elements, from your pet(s) ,to their favorite toys, backgrounds etc, to create a fully customized portrait of your special companion. The sky's the limit and you, the client, get the opportunity to participate in the creation process to bring out the personality in your custom portrait.
Prices
below are for ready to hang stretched canvas and include the artwork
fee, a digital proof sent via email, with 2 sets of complimentary design
adjustments. An hourly design fee will be charged for any major
revisions beyond these free sets,however it is rare to need more than one or two rounds of tweeks
Pricing can vary slightly for odd sized canvas. An accurate quote will be given before starting the painting. Prices below do not include shipping or extra pets in a single portrait (add 100.00 to the base price for each extra pet)

HOW TO ORDER YOUR CUSTOM CANVAS
1. EMAIL YOUR PHOTO
I created your portrait using your own photos, so the first thing I will need from you is an image of your dog/pet that you love. . Well lit photos in the highest resolution possible will give the best results. Portraits can be created from lower quality images however there will not be as much detail in the final portrait.
If the photo you use is not your own, I will need written permission from the photographer
2. DETERMINE THE SIZE OF YOUR PORTRAIT
I like to know the size and proportions ahead of time to create the artwork to fit the format. The list above will give you a chance to estimate the cost and take out the tape measure to get a feel for the size you are thinking of. Artwork can be designed to be vertical or horizontal for rectangle formats....depending on the subject matter.
3. CHOOSE YOUR BACKGROUND COLORS AND STYLE
This is the fun part...choosing the type of background you would like on your portrait. I can work around the color scheme of the room or a favorite fabric pattern. Natural /garden backgrounds are always beautiful with most animal coats. It can have a dreamy watercolor effect or more on the detailed or even abstract feel.
We can get creative together !!! I will work hand in paw with you to capture your pet in their "everyday" moments, as seen through YOUR camera lens and MY digital painter's palette.
4. CREATING YOUR PORTRAIT
Once the size is chosen and photo received I will send you a quote of the final cost of your portrait.
I require a 50% deposit to secure your commission reservation.
You will receive an email "proof" from me when I am close to completing your portrait, and I will do TWO complimentary sets of minor tweeks before sending an invoice for the 50% balance due. It is important to me that you are happy with your commissioned artwork of your special companion(s).
Your portrait should be completed in 2 weeks and your order will arrive in about 10 days after balance due is paid.
